摘  要:橡胶材料的应力-应变关系非线性,导致汽车散热器橡胶减震垫极限荷载难以精准分析,因此提出新的研究方法。综合考虑橡胶材料参数和几何形状,建立有限元模型,确定荷载施加形式。通过有限元分析模拟不同荷载下的应力分布和变形,计算极限荷载。结果显示,减震垫承载能力高于设计要求,变形能力良好。The nonlinear stress-strain relationship of rubber materials makes it difficult to accurately analyze the ultimate load of rubber shock absorbers for automotive radiators.Therefore,a new research method is proposed.Taking into account the parameters and geometric shape of the rubber material,establish a finite element model and determine the form of load application.Simulate stress distribution and deformation under different loads through finite element analysis,and calculate the ultimate load.The results show that the load-bearing capacity of the shock absorber pad is higher than the design requirements,and its deformation ability is good.
