摘  要:利用SolidWorks建立VOLVO EC650挖掘机的模型,并将该模型导入Adams中,对其进行运动约束,设计挖掘曲线。在EDEM建立真实的土壤环境和物料条件,然后进行挖掘仿真,查看斗齿的磨损情况,在此基础上对斗齿的外型进行改良,比较前后仿真结果证明斗齿改良的合理性。This research establishes a model of the VOLVO EC650 excavator using SolidWorks and imports the model into Adams for motion constraints.The excavation curve is designed,and the real soil environment and material conditions are established in EDEM.Then,excavation simulation is carried out to observe the wear of the bucket teeth.Based on this,the appearance of the bucket teeth is improved,and the simulation results before and after are compared to prove the rationality of the bucket tooth improvement.
