摘　　要：介绍了一种核电厂主泵轴承组件安装专用装置的研发。该装置通过提高安装质量和工作效率,解决了现有工具存在的问题。通过电控终端和轨道安装平台的连接,结合轴承组件升降装置和移动模组等部件,实现了轴承组件的安装和拆卸过程。装置具有稳定性、精确性和安全性,并且配备了断电保护功能,保证了现场人员和设备的安全。This research introduces the research and development of a special device for the installation of Reactor Coolant Pump Bearing Components in nuclear power plants.This device addresses the problems of existing tools by improving installation quality and work efficiency.Through the connection between the electronic control terminal and the track-mounted installation platform,combined with components such as the bearing assembly lifting device and the moving module,the installation and disassembly process of the bearing assembly is realized.The device features stability,accuracy,and safety.Moreover,it is equipped with a power-off protection function to ensure the safety of on-site personnel and equipment.
