摘 要:针对超低温球阀在极端环境下密封性能差、在线维修复杂等问题,对智能仪器仪表控制阀进行优化设计。首先,分析控制阀的基本结构及功能,并对传统超低温球阀的密封及维修问题进行深入探讨。其次,提出了基于智能优化的结构改进方案,加强阀门在超低温条件下的密封性。最后,研究故障预警机制,实现控制阀性能的提升。结果表明,优化设计显著提高了控制阀的密封性与维修便捷性,适用于极端工况下的精密控制。In view of the problems of poor sealing performance and complex online maintenance of the ultra-low temperature ball valve in extreme environment,the intelligent instrument control valve is optimized.First,the basic structure and function of the control valve are analyzed,and the sealing and maintenance of the traditional ultra-low temperature ball valve are discussed in depth.Secondly,a structural improvement scheme based on intelligent optimization is proposed to enhance the sealing of valves under ultra-low temperature conditions.Finally,the fault warning mechanism is studied to realize the improvement of the control valve performance.The results show that the optimized design significantly improves the sealing and maintenance convenience of the control valve,and is suitable for precision control under extreme conditions.
