摘 要:针对当代制药工业对高精度自动化设备的迫切需求,通过精密机械结构的系统设计和优化研究,提出了新型机械传动系统和控制方案。实验表明,优化设计的传动结构将定位精度从±15μm提升至±5μm,重复精度优化至±3μm,响应时间从200ms降低至50ms。通过采用模块化设计和智能控制策略,成功解决了传统设备中的精度波动问题。改进后的设备稳定性指标从85%提升至95%,平均无故障工作时间从5,000h延长至8,000h,展现出优异的可靠性。Addressing the urgent demand for high-precision automated equipment in the pharmaceutical industry,this study proposes a novel mechanical transmission system and control scheme through systematic design optimization.Results demonstrate that the optimized structure improves positioning accuracy from±15μm to±5μm,achieves repeatability of±3μm,and reduces response time from 200ms to 50ms.Through modular design and intelligent control strategies,the study resolves precision fluctuation issues in traditional equipment.The improved equipment shows an increase in stability index from 85%to 95%,and extends mean time between failures from 5000 to 8000 hours,demonstrating excellent reliability.
