摘 要:探讨了数控机床电气设计中的标准化技术,分析了其在电气控制系统、布线与接线、元器件选择等方面的应用。首先,介绍电气控制系统、布线接线及元器件的标准化技术,并详细阐述标准化技术如何在具体应用中优化设计流程。其次,探讨标准化技术在模块化设计、接线方案、控制面板设计及设计文件标准化中的重要作用。最后,提出推广标准化技术的策略,包括推动行业标准的制订与完善、加强与高校合作、充分利用信息化手段以及案例分析,展示成功的标准化推广实践。通过本研究,旨在为数控机床电气设计的标准化应用提供理论支持和实践指导。This research focuses on the standardization technology in the electrical design of CNC machine tools,and analyzes its application in electrical control systems,wiring and connection,component selection,and other aspects.Firstly,introduce the standardization technology of electrical control systems,wiring and components,and elaborate in detail how standardization technology optimizes the design process in specific applications.Secondly,explore the important role of standardization technology in modular design,wiring schemes,control panel design,and standardization of design documents.Finally,strategies for promoting standardization technology are proposed,including promoting the development and improvement of industry standards,strengthening cooperation with universities,fully utilizing information technology,and case analysis to demonstrate successful standardization promotion practices.The aim of this study is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the standardized application of electrical design in CNC machine tools.
