摘 要:飞机液压系统是飞机系统的重要组成部分,简要介绍飞机液压系统,明确渗漏是飞机液压系统最为常见的故障。以具体飞机液压系统渗漏故障为例,分析飞机液压系统故障产生原因,发现飞机液压泵在零流量状态下散热性差,促使密封件失效是导致飞机液压系统渗漏的主要原因,并针对此故障提出改进措施,总结经验提出飞机液压系统日常维护措施,以供参考。The aircraft hydraulic system is an important component of the aircraft system,it briefly introduces the aircraft hydraulic system and clarifies that leakage is the most common fault in the aircraft hydraulic system.Taking the specific aircraft hydraulic system leakage fault as an example,this paper analyzes the causes of aircraft hydraulic system faults and finds that the poor heat dissipation of aircraft hydraulic pumps under zero flow state leads to seal failure,which is the main reason for aircraft hydraulic system leakage.Improvement measures are proposed for this fault,and experience is summarized to propose daily maintenance measures for aircraft hydraulic systems for reference.
