摘  要:航空装备是国防和民航领域的关键资产,其安全性和可靠性直接关系到飞行任务的顺利完成和人员生命财产安全。在服役过程中,航空装备不可避免地会受到环境因素和载荷作用的影响,产生疲劳、磨损和腐蚀等损伤。无损检测技术作为在不损坏被测对象的前提下进行检测的方法,在航空装备维修中发挥着重要作用。阐述了射线检测、超声检测、涡流检测、磁粉检测、渗透检测等常用无损检测技术的基本原理、特点,及其在航空装备维修中的具体应用场景,并对未来无损检测技术的发展方向进行了展望。对于航空装备维修领域相关从业人员和研究者具有重要的参考价值。Aviation equipment is a key asset in the fields of national defense and civil aviation,and its safety and reliability are directly related to the smooth completion of flight missions and the safety of personnel life and property.During service,aviation equipment is inevitably affected by environmental factors and load effects,resulting in fatigue,wear,and corrosion damage.Non destructive testing technology plays an important role in aviation equipment maintenance as a method of testing without damaging the tested object.This study systematically elaborates on the basic principles,characteristics,and specific application scenarios of commonly used non-destructive testing technologies such as radiographic testing,ultrasonic testing,eddy current testing,magnetic particle testing,and penetrant testing in aviation equipment maintenance.It also looks forward to the future development direction of non-destructive testing technology.The research has important reference value for professionals and researchers in the field of aviation equipment maintenance.
