摘 要:探究了机械设备的故障诊断与维护策略。首先,分析了机械设备在现代工业中的重要性及故障诊断与维护的现状和挑战,阐述了研究的理论与实践意义。其次,系统介绍了故障诊断的基础理论,包括故障的基本概念、诊断方法、关键技术及诊断系统的架构。在维护策略方面,详细探讨了预防性维护和预测性维护的原理、方法、优缺点及优化模型,并提出了综合应用的选型依据。最后,总结了研究的主要成果、创新点及未来的研究方向。通过本研究,旨在为机械设备的高效运行和可靠性提升提供理论支持和实践指导。This study deeply explores the fault diagnosis and maintenance strategies of mechanical equipment.Firstly,the importance of mechanical equipment in modern industry and the current status and challenges of fault diagnosis and maintenance were analyzed,and the theoretical and practical significance of the research was elaborated.Secondly,the system introduced the basic theory of fault diagnosis,including the basic concepts of faults,diagnostic methods,key technologies,and the architecture of diagnostic systems.In terms of maintenance strategies,the principles,methods,advantages and disadvantages,and optimization models of preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance were discussed in detail,and the selection criteria for comprehensive applications were proposed.Finally,the main achievements,innovative points,and future research directions of the study were summarized.The aim of this study is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the efficient operation and reliability improvement of mechanical equipment.
