基于青年群体交往需求的集中式长租公寓公共空间设计策略研究

摘　　要：随着城市化进程加速和住房市场变化,集中式长租公寓成为解决青年群体住房问题的有效方式之一。该文以青年群体为对象,探讨了其在集中式长租公寓中公共生活的需求,通过实地调研和理论分析,揭示了当前集中式长租公寓公共空间在功能配置、空间组织、相对位置布局及空间氛围方面存在的问题,并提出了一系列设计策略。这些策略包括功能构成个性化、空间组织多层级设计、空间相对位置的优化布局以及空间氛围的营造,旨在提升青年群体的居住体验,促进其社交互动,增强社区的活力和凝聚力。With the acceleration of urbanization and changes in the housing market,centralized long-term rental apartments have become one of the effective ways to solve the housing problems of the young people.Focusing on the young demographic,we explore their demands for public living in centralized long-term rental apartments through field research and theoretical analysis.We also reveal the existing issues in the public spaces of these apartments in terms of functional configuration,spatial organization,relative location layout,and spatial atmosphere.A series of design strategies are proposed,including personalized functional composition,multi-level spatial organization design,optimized layout of relative spatial positions,and the creation of a spatial atmosphere.These strategies aim to enhance the living experience of the young people,to promote social interaction,and to strengthen the vitality and cohesion of the community.
