摘　　要：超高层综合体顶部观光空间在增强建筑的活力、吸引公众参与以及传递城市形象等方面有着重要作用,是建筑和城市的高空活力元,其设计也得到了越来越多的实践应用。该文从超高层顶部空间的高空特性出发,对超高层综合体顶部观光空间的构成进行基本解析,并对其空间组织形式进行归纳研究,提出顶部观光空间的组织与设计策略,为提升顶部观光空间的吸引力提供参考。The observation spaces atop high-rise complexes play a crucial role in enhancing architectural vitality,engaging the public,and conveying urban imagery.They are the high-altitude vitality elements of the building and the city,and their design has been increasingly applied in practice.Starting with the high-altitude characteristics of the top space of super high-rise buildings,we make a basic analysis on the components of the observation spaces atop super high-rise complexes,and conduct an inductive study on their spatial organization forms,then we propose strategies for the organization and design of the observation spaces,so as to provide references for improving the attractiveness of the observation spaces.
