摘　　要：癌症是中国主要的公共卫生问题之一,发病率和死亡率正逐年增加。良好的医院空间设计可以帮助癌症患者提高生活质量,对生存率的提高有积极作用。而医院环境往往无法真正使患者感受到温暖,因此院外对于癌症患者的社会支持空间设计亟需重视。20世纪90年代以来产生的麦琪之家癌症照护中心正是医院外部对癌症患者进行支持的典型代表,在医院治疗与家庭护理之间搭建了桥梁,从心理社会支持层面对医院的治疗模式进行补充,成为医疗支持、空间设计与癌症患者关系的交汇点。Cancer is one of the major public health problems in China,and the morbidity and mortality rates are increasing year by year.Good hospital spatial design can help cancer patients improve their life quality and have a positive effect on the survival rate.However,the hospital environment often fails to make patients feel the warmth,so the design of social support space for cancer patients outside the hospital needs to be emphasized urgently.Maggie's House Cancer Care Center,which has been created since the 1990s,is a typical representative of the support for cancer patients outside the hospital,which builds a bridge between the hospital treatment and the home care,which supplements the hospital treatment model from the level of psycho-social support,and becomes the intersection of medical support,spatial design and cancer patients.
