从广义地景化营造到“公园城市”建设——永康市文化中心国际竞赛方案思考

摘　　要：近年来,中国城市化进程进入了新阶段,“二次城市化”对城市发展模式提出了新的更高要求。“公园城市”理念拥抱人本逻辑,既强调景观的重要性,也关注地域性文化性表达,弥补了景观都市主义的不足,是指引中国“二次城市化”实践的科学思路。地景建筑既是一种建筑形态设计方法,也是一种新型城市设计思路。“广义地景化”的营造思想和手段,促进资源整合,实现功能多义与转化,并通过回应和引入自然生境,强化了城市景观连通性,通过精神场所和文化象征构建文化认同,赓续城市文脉,增进情感交互。通过永康市文化中心建筑方案的解读,重点阐述广义地景化营造是实现“公园城市”的有效方法,为当代城市建设贡献中国智慧和中国方案。In recent years,China's urbanization process has entered a new stage,and"secondary urbanization"has put forward new and higher requirements for urban development models.The concept of"park city"embraces humanistic logic,emphasizing both the importance of landscape and regional cultural expression,filling the gap of landscape urbanism,and is a scientific approach guiding China's"second urbanization"practice.Landscape architecture is not only a method of architectural form design,but also a new urban design concept.The concept and means of creating"generalized landscape"can promote resource integration,achieve functional diversity and transformation,and strengthen urban landscape connectivity by responding and introducing natural habitats.Through spiritual places and cultural symbols,cultural identity is constructed,urban context is continued,and emotional interaction is enhanced.Through the interpretation of the architectural scheme of Yongkang Cultural Center,we focus on the effective method of achieving a"park city"through the creation of a generalized landscape,so as to contribute Chinese wisdom and solutions to contemporary urban construction.
