微介入理论下老旧小区改造策略研究——以十亩园小区为例

摘　　要：在我国由“增量”向“存量”发展转变的背景下,城市内老旧小区质量提升已成为亟待解决的问题。该文以济南市十亩园小区为研究对象,通过走访与调研发现其存在的问题,以微介入理论为基础,以居民生活需求和居住环境为出发点,立足现状,在道路交通、建筑风貌、公服设施、绿化景观等方面提出微介入改造策略,旨在解决十亩园小区存在的现状问题,以期为我国其他老旧小区微介入改造提供参考依据。Under the background of the development transformation from"increment"to"stock"in China,the quality improvement of the old residential areas in the city has become an urgent problem to be solved.Taking Shimuyuan Community in Ji'nan City as the research object,we find its existing problems through visits and investigations.Based on the micro-intervention theory,taking residents'living needs and living environment as the starting point,and based on the current situation,we propose micro-intervention renewal strategies in terms of road traffic,architectural features,public service facilities and green landscape,aiming to solve the current problems in Shimuyuan community.In order to provide reference for other old residential areas in our country's micro-intervention renovation.
