城市高架道路下余留空间更新利用研究——以青岛市市北区为例

摘  要:高架道路下余留空间利用率低、易被遗忘,造成了大量的空间浪费,对这类空间的再利用能够有效地补充区域功能,提升城市活力。以青岛市市北区为例,在定性分析的基础上结合定量分析,将指标量化并构建合理的评价体系,利用层次分析法、模糊综合评价法等,将余留空间和外部空间作为整体进行量化评价,并给出针对性的更新利用策略。通过量化评价,确定延安一路段、冠县路段和海泊河公园段余留空间均适宜更新利用,并根据优势因素提出利用方向。从宏观、中观、微观三个层面提出建议,可为余留空间更新利用提供参考。The remaining space under the elevated roads has a low utilization rate and is prone to being overlooked,leading to significant waste of space,and the reuse of such spaces can effectively complement regional functions and enhance urban vitality.Based on qualitative analysis and in combination with quantitative analysis,taking Shibei District of Qingdao City as an example,we quantified the indicators and constructed a reasonable evaluation system with utilizing methods such as Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to evaluate the remaining space and external space quantitatively as a whole,then provided targeted renewal and utilization strategies.Through quantitative evaluation,it was determined that the remaining spaces in the Yan'an First Road section,Guanxian Road section,and Haibohe Park section were all suitable for renewal and utilization,and utilization directions were proposed based on the dominant factors.Recommendations were made from the macro,meso,and micro levels,which can provide references for the renewal and utilization of remaining spaces.
