集体记忆视角下历史街区边界空间的更新策略研究——以绍兴徐渭故里为例

摘　　要：在存量提质的城市发展背景下,历史街区的更新不应只关注物质空间,还应充分考虑居民记忆和情感所依赖的场所,增强居民的身份认同和地域认同。历史街区边界空间的现代建筑更具有在地化更新改造的必要性与可行性,该文从集体记忆视角出发,以集体记忆的“主体—客体—时间”为构成要素,选取记忆共有性、记忆延续性和功能适应性为记忆提取原则,通过对徐渭故里边界空间的集体记忆提取和设计实践,最终从空间格局的织补与延续、记忆人群的保留和引入、记忆场景的重现与转译、回应现代生活方式的功能植入四个层面提出更新策略,以期为传统现代交融的历史街区边界空间更新提供借鉴和参考。In the context of urban development emphasizing stock and quality,the renewal of historical districts should not only focus on physical spaces but also consider the places upon which residents'memories and emotions rely,enhancing residents'sense of identity and territorial belonging.Modern architecture in the boundary space of historical blocks is more necessary and feasible for local renewal.Adopting a collective memory perspective,taking the"subject-object-time"of collective memory as the constituent elements,we select commonality,continuity,and functional adaptation as the principles of memory extraction.Through the extraction of collective memory in the boundary space of Xuwei Ancient Town and subsequent design implementations,we present renewal strategies from four dimensions:spatial pattern augmentation and continuity,preservation and integration of memory communities,reproduction and interpretation of memory scenes,and embedding functional adaptations responsive to modern lifestyles.These strategies intend to provide guidance and references for the renovation of boundary spaces within traditional-modern historical districts.
