摘 要:伴随着我国城市建设步入存量规划时期,商业街区也面临着持续的更新改造需求,然而更新资金不足、管理不善、提质困难等问题制约更新工作的开展,需要探索新的更新模式。研究立足于商业促进区理念,首先对商业促进区的发展概况进行梳理,厘清其成立过程、功能作用、成效评价,其次对多伦多、纽约、伦敦的建设实践经验进行比较总结,最后,结合我国商业街区更新困境,提出相应的更新发展路径,以期为城市商业街区更新工作提供参考。As China's urban construction enters the period of stock planning,commercial blocks are also facing continuous renovation needs.However,problems such as insufficient funds for renewal,poor management and difficulties in quality improvement seriously restrict the development of renewal work,and it is necessary to explore new ideas for renewal.Based on the concept of business improvement district,we first sorted out the general situation of the development of business improvement district,and clarified its establishment process,function and effect evaluation,then we compared and summarized the construction practice experience of Toronto,New York and London.Finally,combined with the dilemma of the renewal of commercial districts in China,we proposed the corresponding renewal and development path,in order to provide reference for urban commercial block renewal work.
