仿古建筑商业街区的现象反思

摘　　要：该文以仿古建筑商业街区作为反思对象,对当代仿古建筑商业街区的建设进行思考性评论。首先梳理了仿古建筑商业街区的理论基础,一方面讨论其建筑表层形式与深层内涵的理论依据;另一方面讨论了其商业价值与历史价值的现实依据。其次讨论了仿古建筑商业街区在设计中的误区:材料错位、对象的错位、设计手法的堆叠等。最后指出当代人只有回到历史中体恤古人的现实才能够设计出正宗的历史场景。Taking antique style commercial blocks as the object of reflection,we conduct a critical reflection on the construction of contemporary antique style commercial blocks.Firstly,the theoretical basis of antique style commercial blocks was sorted out,and on the one hand,the theoretical basis for the surface form and deep connotation of their architecture was discussed;On the other hand,the practical basis for its commercial and historical value was discussed.Secondly,misunderstandings in the design of antique style commercial blocks were discussed,including material misalignment,object misalignment,and stacking of design techniques.Finally,it is pointed out that only by returning to history and sympathizing with the reality of the ancients can contemporary people design authentic historical scenes.
