城市更新背景下街区畸零空间活化策略研究——以宜昌市伍家岗古塔“美丽街区”项目为例

摘　　要：城市更新已成为推动城市发展的核心策略,随着城市精细化管理体系的提升,畸零空间逐渐成为城市各个角落亟待解决的问题,活化“畸零街区”转变为“美丽街区”,是城市更新的核心内容。该文试图通过推动城市附属空间共享利用、打造口袋公园、深化慢行系统、凸显文化记忆、提升绿化环境的方式,来探索畸零街区的更新活化路径。深入分析当前街区畸零空间面临的问题和设计难点并提出解决策略,将城市零碎地块转变为城市点睛之笔,从而提升居民生活品质和城市风貌。Urban renewal has become a core strategy to promote urban development,with the improvement of the city's fine management system,the deformed space has gradually become a problem that needs to be solved in all corners of the city,and the activation of the"deformed neighborhoods"into"beautiful neighborhoods"is the core content of urban renewal.In this paper,we try to explore the paths of renewal and revitalization of deformed neighborhoods by promoting the shared use of urban annexed spaces,creating pocket parks,deepening the slow-moving system,highlighting cultural memories,and upgrading the green environment.We also make an in-depth analysis of the problems and design difficulties faced by the current neighbourhood zero space and put forward a solution strategy to transform the fragmented urban plots into the city's finishing touch,so as to improve the quality of life of the residents and the urban landscape.
