摘　　要：在落实依法治国过程中,保护好消费者特别是金融领域消费者的权益是发展中国特色社会主义市场经济的应有之义。现有的消费者保护法律体系正处于不断完善中,只有进一步加强对投资者的理性教育,才能更好地保护好金融领域消费者的合法权益。借助于人工智能技术,金融机构可以在明确技术框架、选择具体方式、注重效果反馈和加强伦理治理的前提下有效赋能投资者教育,发挥人工智能技术在知识管理、数据处理、快速反应等方面的优势,从而低成本高效地实现投资者教育的既定目标,帮助全社会树立正确的投资理念,养成“卖者尽责、买者自负”的金融素养,促进金融市场特别是资本市场的健康发展,助力金融强国建设。In the process of implementing the rule of law,protecting the rights and interests of consumers,especially those in the financial sector,is an integral part of developing the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.The existing legal system for consumer protection is constantly being improved,and only by further strengthening rational education for investors can the legal rights and interests of consumers in the financial sector be better protected.With the aid of artificial intelligence (AI) technology,financial institutions can effectively empower investor education by clarifying the technical framework,selecting specific methods,emphasizing feedback on effects,and strengthening ethical governance.By leveraging AI's advantages in knowledge management,data processing,and rapid response,financial institutions can achieve the established goals of investor education in a cost-effective and efficient manner.This will help the entire society establish correct investment concepts,cultivate financial literacy characterized by "sellers fulfilling their duties and buyers taking responsibility for their own decisions," promote the healthy development of financial markets,especially capital markets,and contribute to the construction of a financial powerhouse.
