摘  要:目的通过细菌回复突变试验和小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验,探究连翘苷对TA98、TA100细菌突变株以及小鼠骨髓细胞的抗突变作用。方法采用细菌回复突变试验、骨髓细胞微核试验方法,选用不同浓度的连翘苷进行了抗突变试验及结果分析。结果连翘苷高剂量组(5 mg/皿)对阳性物所诱导的细菌回复突变菌株TA98和TA100的回复突变菌落数均有抑制作用(P<0.05),45 mg/kg剂量组对环磷酰胺诱导的小鼠骨细胞微核发生率有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论连翘苷具有一定的抗突变作用。Objective The anti-mutagenic effect of phillyrin on TA98 and TA100 bacterial mutants and mouse bone marrow cells was evaluated by the bacterial revertant mutation assay and the bone marrow micronucleus test.Methods In this study,the bacterial reverse mutation assay and the bone marrow micronucleus test were used to analyze the anti-mutagenic effect of different concentrations of phillyrin.Results Compared with the positive control-induced bacterial revertant mutant strains TA98 and TA100,the high-dose phillyrin(5 mg/plate)decreased the number of revertant mutant colonies significantly(P<0.05).Additionally,phillyrin 45 mg/kg showed a notable inhibitory effect on the incidence of micronuclei which was induced by cyclophosphamide in mouse bone marrow cells(P<0.05).Conclusion The result demonstrated that phillyrin exhibited anti-mutagenic properties.
