摘  要:随着网络技术的快速发展,其逐渐实现了信息化、数字化、移动化和智能化。在网络出现不同故障时,如何进行有效的诊断分析,是重要的工作方向。文中结合知识图谱与5G网络故障,首先收集了与5G网络故障有关的数据,如故障现象、故障原因等。其次,利用Janus Graph软件构建了知识图谱,利用知识图谱的实体、关系对故障展开了可视化分析,找出了导致网络发生故障的因素。然后,按照知识图谱中的关系属性,精准找到了解决故障的方法,有效解决了故障。最后,对故障处理成果进行了评估,将评估成果反馈到知识图谱中,进一步完善了知识图谱中的内容。该方法显著提高了网络故障的分析效率和精准性,为5G网络的可持续发展提供了重要的研究数据与理论支撑。With the rapid development of network technology,it has gradually realized informatization,digitization,mobility and intelligence.When different faults occur in the network,how to carry out effective diagnosis and analysis is an important work direction.In this paper,combining Knowledge Graph and 5G network faults,first collect data related to 5G network faults,such as fault phenomena,fault causes,etc.Secondly,use Janus Graph software to build Knowledge Graph,use the entities of Knowledge Graph and the following pairs of faults to carry out visual analysis to find out the factors that cause network failures.Then according to the relationship attributes in Knowledge Graph,accurately find a solution to the fault and solve the fault effectively.Finally,the fault handling results are evaluated,and the evaluation results are fed back to the Knowledge Graph to further improve the content of the Knowledge Graph.This method significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of network fault analysis,and provides important research data and theoretical support for the sustainable development of 5G networks.
