摘  要:风力发电机组超速检测装置是用于监测风力发电机组运行状态的重要设备,其通过实时检测风力发电机组转速,预防因超速引发的安全事故。增量式光电编码器与电感式接近开关作为核心检测元件,具有高精度、高响应速度的特点,广泛应用于风力发电机组转速监控。文中提出了一种基于增量式光电编码器与电感式接近开关的风力发电机组超速检测装置设计方案,通过多信号同步采集、信号处理与滤波,结合实时超速检测技术,构建了高精度的风力发电机组转速检测系统。装置采用增量式光电编码器作为主传感器,实时采集风力发电机组的转速信号,并通过电感式接近开关实现辅助位置检测,从而确保检测系统的多维数据输入。通过实验验证,该装置在复杂环境下具备良好的信号处理能力和检测稳定性,满足风力发电机组超速检测的高精度、高可靠性需求。The fan overspeed detection device is an important equipment used to monitor the operating status of wind turbines.By detecting the fan speed in real time,it can prevent safety accidents caused by overspeed.The incremental photoelectric encoder and inductive proximity switch,as core detection components,have the characteristics of high precision and high response speed,and are widely used in fan speed monitoring.This paper proposes a design scheme for a fan overspeed detection device based on an incremental photoelectric encoder and an inductive proximity switch.Through multi signal synchronous acquisition,signal processing,and filtering,combined with real-time overspeed detection technology,a high-precision fan speed detection system is constructed.The device adopts an incremental photoelectric encoder as the main sensor to collect the realtime speed signal of the fan,and uses an inductive proximity switch to achieve auxiliary position detection,thereby ensuring the multi-dimensional data input of the detection system.Through experimental verification,the device has good signal processing capability and detection stability in complex environments,meeting the high-precision and high reliability requirements of fan overspeed detection.
