摘  要:文中详细分析了燃气输配系统管道的腐蚀现象,探讨了管道腐蚀的机理及其影响因素,并提出了防护技术与方法。通过分析,评估了阴极保护、防腐涂层、屏障保护等常见防护技术的优缺点,并结合超声波检测、内窥镜检测等手段,提出了优化的管道腐蚀检测方案。研究表明,超声波检测在管道壁厚监测中具有较高的准确性,但对高腐蚀程度的管道可能存在一定误差。因此,需要综合使用多种检测技术,以确保管道安全、延长管道使用寿命。In this paper,the corrosion phenomenon of gas transmission and distribution system pipelines is analyzed in detail,the mechanism of pipeline corrosion and its influencing factors are discussed,and protection technologies and methods are proposed.Through analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of common protection technologies such as cathodic protection,anti-corrosion coating,barrier protection,etc.are evaluated,and an optimized pipeline corrosion detection scheme is proposed by combining ultrasonic detection,endoscopic inspection and other means.The research shows that ultrasonic detection has high accuracy in pipeline wall thickness monitoring,but there may be certain errors in pipelines with high degree of corrosion.Therefore,a variety of detection technologies need to be used comprehensively to ensure pipeline safety and prolong pipeline service life.
