绿色公路理念在翻坝江北高速公路设计中的应用

摘　　要：为实现绿色循环低碳公路的发展目标,在公路勘察设计工作中牢固树立“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的发展理念。将绿色公路理念实际运用于翻坝江北高速公路设计工作中,充分考虑技术、经济、绿色3方面的需求,保障工程安全可靠、经济合理、绿色和谐,使高速公路建设与环境保护相互统一,真正让翻坝高速成为了1条“景观路、环保路、生态路”,实现了三峡翻坝江北高速绿色、循环、低碳发展,为湖北省及全国高速绿色公路建设提供参考。以项目设计工作为基础,总结以路线设计、路基设计、桥涵设计、隧道设计、临时工程设计为主要方面的理论成果及经验,形成绿色公路设计阶段发展经验。The concept of green highway is actually applied in the design of Fanba Jiangbei highway.The needs of technology,economy and green are fully considered to ensure the safety,reliability,economic rationality and green harmony of the project,so as to unify highway construction and environmental protection,and truly make Fanba highway a“landscape road,environmental road and ecological road”.It has realized the green,circular and low-carbon development of Fanba Jiangbei highway,which provides reference for the construction of green expressway in Hubei province and the whole country.Based on the project design work,the theoretical achievements and experience of route design,roadbed design,bridge and culvert design,tunnel design and temporary engineering design are summarized.
