摘　　要：探讨自动化印刷工控技术在环保包装印刷领域的创新应用。研究表明,基于深度学习的闭环控制系统将油墨用量误差控制在±2%以内,多传感器融合技术实现生产全参数实时监测,数字孪生技术使工艺优化效率提升40%。研究成果推动了包装印刷工业向智能化、环保化方向发展。This article explores the innovative application of automated printing industrial control technology in the field of environmentally friendly packaging printing.Research has shown that closed-loop control systems based on deep learning can control ink dosage errors within±2%,multi-sensor fusion technology enables real-time monitoring of all production parameters,and digital twin technology improves process optimization efficiency by 40%.The research results have promoted the development of the packaging and printing industry towards intelligence and environmental protection.
