摘　　要：以服务设计为视角,将服务设计的思维与方法介入展示空间设计中,通过对参观者接触到的服务流程与服务环节进行梳理总结,分析澳门手信博物馆用户需求和展示空间现状,提出基于顾客需求的澳门手信博物馆展示优化设计策略。Takes service design as a perspective,the thinking and methodology of service design are intervened in the design of display space.Through combing and summarizing the service process and service links that visitors come into contact with,the paper analyzes the user needs and the current situation of the display space of Macao Museum of Handicrafts,and puts forward the strategy of optimizing the design of the display of Macao Museum of Handicrafts based on the needs of the customers.
