摘　　要：中医药辨证施治治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)在改善代谢障碍、减轻体重、恢复自然排卵等方面具有特色及优势,但存在中医辨证分型不统一、诊疗方案尚未得到行业公认的问题。因此,以中西医临床关键问题为导向,遵循循证医学原则,客观评价PCOS中西医结合诊治证据,经专家充分讨论,形成了适合我国PCOS人群的中西医诊断及治疗方案,以提高PCOS的临床诊疗水平。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in differentiating and treating polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)by improving metabolic disorders,reducing body weight,and restoring natural ovulation.However,there are problems such as the lack of uniformity in TCM syndrome differentiation and classification,and the fact that the diagnosis and treatment program has not yet been recognized by the industry.Therefore,guided by the key clinical issues of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine practice,following the principles of evidence-based medicine,and by evaluating the evidence related to the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine objectively,and obtaining consensus among experts,a diagnosis and treatment guideline of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine suitable for the PCOS population in China has been formed to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment level of PCOS.
