摘　　要：守正创新是进一步全面深化改革必须牢牢把握、始终坚守的重大原则。从理论上讲,守正创新是全面深化改革的重要思想方法,守的是中国特色社会主义制度之“正”,创的是中国特色社会主义体制机制之“新”。从历史来看,守正创新是社会主义国家改革的必然要求,是改革开放以来特别是新时代全面深化改革的宝贵经验之一。从实践来看,进一步全面深化改革必须坚守守正创新的重大原则,继续守好正确政治方向这个“正”,大力推进理论创新、实践创新、制度创新、文化创新及其他各方面创新。Upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground is a major principle that we must firmly grasp and constantly adhere to,as we are further deepening reform across the board.Theoretically,upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground is an important ideological method for comprehensively deepening reform,namely upholding the socialist system with Chinese characteristics as an underlying principle,and upgrading the socialist system with Chinese characteristics as institutional innovation.Historically,upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground is an inevitable requirement for reform in socialist countries and one of the valuable experience in comprehensively deepening reform since the reform and opening up,especially in the new era.In practice,to further deepen the reform in a comprehensive manner,we must adhere to the major principle of upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground,continue to observe the correct political direction,and vigorously promote theoretical,practical,institutional,and cultural innovation as well as innovation in other aspects.
