摘  要:针对涡轮叶片钎焊耐磨块结构及其验收标准特点,根据超声检测原理,提出检测该结构钎焊质量的双晶直探头超声检测系统,设计和制作无漏焊和有漏焊缺陷的对比试块及适应耐磨块厚度范围及灵敏度要求的双晶直探头。采用双晶直探头对对比试块进行超声检测试验,确定将有漏焊缺陷对比试块的回波幅度调整到荧光屏满屏高度的80%时,无漏焊缺陷对比试块的回波幅度应不大于满屏高度的40%的灵敏度调整方法,给出涡轮叶片检测时若发现有回波幅度大于满屏高度的80%时为焊接质量不合格的评定标准。通过应用于多台发动机的叶片检测,初步验证超声双晶直探头检测系统的有效性。According to the structure characteristics of brazing wear-resistant blocks of turbine blades and the acceptance standards,a dual crystal contact probe ultrasonic testing system for brazing quality of this structure was proposed on the basis of the principle of ultrusonic testing.Reference blocks without and with solder skip defect were designed and produced,and a dual crystal contact probe suitable for the thickness range and sensitivity requirement of wear-resistant blocks was designed.Ultrasonic testing was carried out on the reference blocks with the dual crystal contact probe,and the sensitivity adjustment method was determined:the echo amplitude of the reference block with solder skip defect was adjusted to 80%of the full screen height of the fluorescent screen,and the echo amplitude of the reference block without solder skip defect was not more than 40%of the full screen height of the fluorescent screen.The evaluation standard of brazing quality was put forward:if the echo amplitude was found to be greater than 80%of the full screen height of the fluorescent screen during turbine blade inspection,the brazing quality was considered unqualified.The effectiveness of the dual crystal contact probe ultrasonic testing system was verified by applying it to the blades of several engines.
