摘  要:贵州省赫章县菜园子铅锌矿勘查实现了深部找矿突破,为新时代西部大开发闯新路和在乡村振兴上开新局提供了资源保障,但钻探施工过程中存在破碎地层卡钻、岩溶发育、漏失严重、部分地层岩石坚硬、易发套管事故等诸多难点。该项目钻探施工实践中,结合地质特征分析,针对施工难点研究形成了优化钻孔结构,大口径套管及水泥细砂辅以早强剂封隔封堵破碎地层,长钻具穿越溶洞、加工多层长套管封隔溶洞等系列措施,取得了良好的效果。本次研究可为该矿区及周边矿区后续实施的钻探施工提供借鉴。The exploration of Caiyuanzi lead-zinc mine in Hezhang county,Guizhou province has achieved a breakthrough in deep exploration,providing resource guarantee for the new era of western development and opening up a new chapter in rural revitalization.However,there are many difficulties in the drilling construction process,such as fractured strata sticking,karst development,serious leakage,hard rocks in some strata and susceptibility to casing accidents.In the drilling construction practice of this project,based on the analysis of geological characteristics,an optimized drilling structure was developed to address the construction difficul-ties.Large diameter casing and cement fine sand were combined with early strength agents to seal and block fractured layer.Long drilling tools were used to pass through caves,and multiple layers of long casing were processed to seal caves,achieving good results.This study can provide reference for the subsequent drilling construction in the mining area and surrounding mining areas.
