摘　　要：目的 掌握和了解江苏省放射卫生技术服务机构的服务能力和存在的问题,为完善事中事后监管、提高放射卫生技术服务能力提供依据。方法 从国家职业卫生技术服务机构管理信息系统中抽取江苏省30家放射卫生技术服务机构作为质量监测对象,采用国家统一制定的评估检查表对纳入监测范围的机构开展评估检查,并结合实验室检测能力比对结果进行综合风险评估。结果 30家机构的质量监测结果均为合格,平均得分(76.62±5.07)分。综合风险评估高风险机构8家,中风险机构22家,低风险机构0家,分别占26.67%,73.33%和0%。结论 江苏省放射卫生技术服务机构的总体服务质量尚可,但有待进一步通过加强培训和监管提高技术服务水平并降低服务风险。Objective To assess and understand the service capabilities and existing problems of radiation health technic-al service institutions in Jiangsu Province,China,and provide a basis for improving in-process and post-process supervision as well as enhancing radiation health technical service capabilities.Methods Thirty radiation health technical service insti-tutions in Jiangsu Province were selected as quality monitoring objects from the National Occupational Health Technical Ser-vice Institution Management Information System.Evaluations were conducted using a standardized national assessment checklist,and a comprehensive risk assessment was performed by combining the results of laboratory test capability compar-isons.Results The 30 institutions all passed the quality monitoring,with an average score of(76.62±5.07).Comprehens-ive risk assessment identified 8(26.67%)high-risk institutions,22(73.33%)medium-risk institutions,and 0(0%)low-risk institutions.Conclusion The overall service quality of radiation health technical service institutions in Jiangsu Province is acceptable.However,further training and supervision are needed to improve technical service capacity and reduce service risks.
