新质生产力与经济高质量发展的耦合互动关系——基于耦合协调度与PVAR模型的检验

摘　　要：随着全球经济飞速发展和科技深刻变革,高质量发展已成为我国经济发展的主要目标。要牢牢把握高质量发展这个首要任务,就要因地制宜发展新质生产力。新质生产力与经济高质量发展相互影响,研究两者之间的协调互动关系对推动经济发展转型具有重要意义。本文在厘清新质生产力与经济高质量发展耦合协调机制的基础上,采用熵权法对我国31个省2010—2022年间新质生产力和经济高质量发展水平进行测度,运用耦合协调模型计算二者的协调度,根据测算结果对其时空演化特征进行考察,进而运用PVAR模型探究我国新质生产力与经济高质量发展的互动关系。研究结果发现:我国新质生产力与经济高质量发展的耦合协调值逐年提高,但目前还存在较大的区域差异。就新质生产力与经济高质量发展的互动关系来说,经济次发达地区的新质生产力和经济高质量发展的双向促进作用更为明显,而经济欠发达地区此二者尚未形成有效的互动机制。With the rapid global economic development and profound technological changes,high-quality development has emerged as the primary goal for China’s economic growth.To firmly grasp this primary task of high-quality development,it is imperative to develop new quality productive forces in accordance with local conditions.New quality productive forces and high-quality economic development are mutually interacted,and studying their coordinated interaction is of great significance for driving economic transformation.Based on clarifying the coupling and coordination mechanism between new quality productive forces and high-quality economic development,this paper employs the entropy weight method to measure the levels of new quality productive forces and high-quality economic development across 31 provinces in China from 2010 to 2022.It then calculates the degree of coordination between the two using a coupling coordination model,examines their temporal and spatial deepening characteristics based on the calculation results,and further explores the interactive relationship between China's new quality productive forces and high-quality economic development using the PVAR model.According to the research findings,the coupling coordination value between China’s new quality productive forces and high-quality economic development has increased annually,but there are still significant regional disparities.In terms of the interactive relationship between new quality productive forces and high-quality economic development,the bidirectional promotion effect is more evident in economically less developed regions,while in economically underdeveloped regions,an effective interactive mechanism between the two has not yet been formed.
