基于态靶理论探究风药在痛风性关节炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：痛风性关节炎是常见的关节炎症性疾病之一,它与高尿酸血症密切相关。态靶理论基于“以病为参,以态为基,以症为靶,以因为先,以果为据”的理论基础,将疾病分为湿态、瘀态、浊毒态、虚态等多种类别。基于态靶理论灵活运用风药实现宏观“调态”,即以风药祛风舒筋、升阳引经、祛瘀止痛、化痰散结,从而改善症状和体征;此外,经过深入剖析疾病的病理过程及本草的药效机制,通过微观“打靶”以精准调节血尿酸水平,有效减少机体的炎症与氧化因子含量,从而显著缓解关节疼痛症状,实现“态靶同调”,为中医药治疗痛风性关节炎用药提供新思路。Gouty arthritis(GA)is a prevalent inflammatory joint disease closely associated with hyperuricemia.Based on the principle of“taking disease as the reference,state as the foundation,symptoms as the target,etiology as the priority,and results as the out⁃comes”,the state-target theory categorizes diseases into states like dampness,blood stasis,turbid toxicity,and deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Based on this theory,wind-targeted medicinals can be applied flexibly to regulate the pathological states at the macro level,aiming to dispel wind and relax tendons,raise yang to guide channels,dispel stasis and relieve pain,dissipate phlegm and resolve masses,thereby alleviating symptoms and signs.Furthermore,through in-depth analysis of pathological development and herbal mechanisms,microscopic precise targeting can modulate the blood uric acid levels while effectively reducing inflammatory and oxi⁃dative factors within the body.This approach significantly alleviates joint pain and achieves state-target coordination,thus providing no⁃vel insights for TCM treatment of GA.
