摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是内分泌紊乱及代谢异常的妇科常见疾病,特征是卵巢多囊状态和慢性无排卵。中药复方在改善内分泌紊乱及代谢异常方面有独特优势。文章旨在对近年来苍附导痰丸对PCOS患者性激素水平、炎症和氧化应激反应、细胞凋亡和自噬、肠道菌群环境,卵巢形态及子宫内膜调节治疗作用和机制进行概述。未来期望学者更加深入挖掘苍附导痰丸的治疗优势,加强动物实验与临床研究的结合,为PCOS的防治提供新的思路。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common gynecological disorder characterized by endocrine disorders and metabolic abnormalities,manifested with polycystic ovaries and chronic anovulation.Chinese medicine(CM)compounds exhibit unique advantages in improving endocrine disorders and metabolic abnormalities.This article aims to summarize recent studies on the therapeutic effects and mechanisms of Cangfu Daotan Pill(CFDTP)in regulating the hormone levels,inflammation,oxidative stress response,apoptosis,auto⁃phagy,intestinal flora environment,ovarian morphology,and endometrial regulation in PCOS patients.It’s really hoped that other schol⁃ars can further explore the therapeutic advantages of CFDTP in the future,and strengthen the integration of animal experiments and clini⁃cal studies,to provide some novel insights for the prevention and treatment of PCOS.
