试论国医大师周岱翰“带瘤生存”观下的“和思维”与“王霸之道”

摘　　要：国医大师周岱翰教授在20世纪80年代率先提出并诠释了“带瘤生存”观点,即在肿瘤发展过程中,当正邪交争达到相对稳定的状态时,可以出现“人瘤共存”的特殊阶段,使用中医药手段协调此特殊矛盾,或可达到延长生命周期、提高生活质量的目的。“带瘤生存”观蕴含着深邃的“和”思维,阐发内经四时变化、昼夜晨昏、地貌气候、风俗民风、情欲意志之理而应于人体,强调研究和防治肿瘤需秉承宏观思维,把握整体观念,时刻追求“脏腑之和”“形神之和”“天人之和”“王霸之和”等多个方面,将“和”思维贯穿于肿瘤防治的全过程。周老摄纳“王霸”治国之道,融“阴阳”学说应用于临床,药必考《本经》多用上品,喜丸剂长服护胃气,缓消癥瘕积聚不伤正气;明病机辩病势随证施治,抓主方用毒药不畏重剂截肿块,虫药开络中瘀引经达病所,综合运用中西医王霸道之法,充分发挥中西医优势互补,使肿瘤缩小或停止生长或缓慢发展,并维持人体的最佳生存状态,从而实现“带瘤生存”。Professor Zhou Daihan,a national master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),first proposed and interpreted the idea of“survival with tumors”in the 1980s,that is,in the process of tumor development,when the conflict between the healthy qi and patho⁃genic factors reaches a relatively stable state,there can be a special stage,survival with tumors.He believes that the purpose of prolon⁃ging life cycle and improving life quality may be achieved by using TCM to coordinate this special contradiction.The concept of“survival with tumors”contains profound harmony thinking,which elucidates the principles of the seasonal changes,including the changes of day and night,morning and evening,landscape and climate,customs and folklore,and desire and will,should respond to the human body,and emphasizes that the research and prevention of cancer should adhere to the macro thinking,grasp the holistic concept,and always pursue the harmony between viscera,form and spirit,heaven and man,benevolent and malevolent hegemony,ect.The harmony thinking runs through the whole course of cancer prevention and treatment.Master Zhou has taken the thought of benevolent or malevolent hegemo⁃ny in governing the country,applied the theory of yin and yang in the clinical practice.In the use of medicines,he always tries to use the top-graded medicinals recorded in the Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica(Shennong Bencao Jing),favoring pills to protect the stomach qi and slowly relieve the accumulation of lumps without damaging the healthy qi.He also gives treatments based on syndrome dif⁃ferentiation,and dares to use drastic formulas to prevent the development of lumps and worms to dredge the blood stasis in channels.Briefly,he makes a comprehensive use of the benevolent and malevolent methods in traditional Chinese and Western medicine,gives full play to the advantages the two medical systems to arrest the development of tumors and maintain the best survival state of the human body,so as to survive with tumors.
