摘  要:面对我国当前扩大内需的战略需求,首发经济作为一种新经济形态,在激活市场活力、助力商圈繁荣、驱动产业升级以及带动协同发展等方面发挥着显著作用。随着我国消费者需求日趋多样化和个性化以及国家政策的积极引导和支持,首发经济在国家政策、市场需求、创新生态、数字经济及国际合作等方面都迎来重大机遇,但也面临着政策体系不完善、商业模式创新难等挑战。本文系统分析首发经济的作用机理及现阶段所面临的机遇与挑战,并提出相应对策,旨在为我国首发经济抢占消费新赛道、推动经济高质量发展提供参考。Faced with China’s current strategic demand to expand domestic consumption,the debut economy,as a new form of economic activity,plays a significant role in stimulating market vitality,promoting the prosperity of commercial districts,driving industrial upgrading,and fostering coordinated development.As consumer demands in China become increasingly diversified and personalized,coupled with proactive policy guidance and support from the state,the debut economy is poised to capitalize on substantial opportunities across national policy frameworks,market demands,innovation ecosystems,digital economies,and international collaborations.However,it concurrently grapples with challenges such as an underdeveloped policy system and difficulties in business model innovation.This paper systematically analyzes the operational mechanisms of the debut economy,the opportunities and challenges it currently faces,and proposes corresponding strategies.The aim is to provide a reference for the debut economy to seize new consumption tracks and drive high-quality economic development in China.
