西北地区数字基础设施对出口贸易绩效的影响研究

摘　　要：发展数字贸易是我国对外经济活动的关键构成部分。西部地区肩负着向西开放的历史使命,借助数字技术提升西北地区贸易绩效,是推动西部大开发实现高质量发展的重要路径。本文选取2013—2022年中国西北地区省级面板数据,运用PCA主成分分析法对数字基础设施建设水平进行测算,并通过超效率SBM模型得出出口贸易绩效得分,采用普通最小二乘法(OLS)实证分析,西北地区数字基础设施建设与出口贸易绩效之间的关系。在基准回归分析后,本文发现西北地区数字基础设施对促进出口贸易绩效的发展具有显著的积极作用。这一结论经过替换核心解释变量、替换被解释变量等稳健性检验后,与原结果一致。因此,强化西北地区数字基础设施建设的重要性,为数字贸易搭建坚实的发展平台,将有助于促进出口贸易绩效的提升,加快我国迈向贸易强国的步伐。The development of digital trade is an important element of China’s foreign economic activities.The western region shoulders the historical task of opening up to the west,and the use of digital technology to improve the trade performance of the northwestern region is an important way to promote the high-quality development of western development.In this paper,provincial panel data of Northwest China from 2013 to 2022 are selected,and PCA principal component analysis is applied to measure the level of digital infrastructure construction,and export trade performance scores are obtained through the analysis of the super-efficient SBM model,and the Ordinary Least Squares(OLS)method is used to empirically analyze the digital infrastructure and export trade performance of Northwest China.The export trade performance of Northwest China shows an overall upward trend,and the growth rate of some provinces is faster.After the benchmark regression analysis,it is obtained that the digital infrastructure in Northwest China has a great positive role in promoting the development of export trade performance,and this conclusion is still consistent with the original results after replacing the core explanatory variables,replacing the explanatory variables,and other robustness test analyses;Therefore,strengthening the importance of digital infrastructure in Northwest China and creating a solid development platform for digital trade will be conducive to promoting export trade performance and accelerating the construction of a strong trading nation.
