摘 要:在“一带一路”倡议与欧亚经济联盟(EAEU)的双重背景下,中国与白俄罗斯的双边经贸往来日益频繁,农业贸易逐步成为两国合作的重要领域。蔬菜水果因其易腐特性与较高的贸易附加值而备受关注。本文综合运用中国商务部、海关总署、白俄罗斯国家统计委员会(Белстат)等多渠道数据,以及相关学术文献与行业调研报告,系统梳理了中白蔬果贸易的发展历程与现状,深入探究了贸易规模与结构、政策环境、物流体系、市场需求等关键要素,总结分析了当前面临的机遇与挑战。研究发现,中白蔬果贸易虽目前规模较小,但增长潜力显著;在冷链物流、技术标准互认、区域性品牌推广和产业协同等方面仍存在诸多制约因素。若能通过完善跨境基础设施、创新贸易模式与深化政策沟通,蔬果贸易有望成为双边经贸合作中的新亮点。基于此,本文提出提升冷链运输能力、强化检验检疫标准互认、深化产业协同与技术合作、加强市场营销与品牌建设等对策建议,为进一步拓展中白蔬菜水果贸易提供参考。Against the dual backdrop of the Belt and Road Initiative and the Eurasian Economic Union(EAEU),bilateral economic and trade exchanges between China and Belarus have become increasingly frequent,with agricultural trade gradually emerging as a key area of cooperation.Due to their perishable nature and relatively high added value,fruits and vegetables have attracted growing attention.Drawing on data from multiple sources—including China’s Ministry of Commerce,the General Administration of Customs,and the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus(Belstat)—as well as relevant academic literature and industry reports,this paper systematically reviews the development and current status of China–Belarus fruit and vegetable trade.It conducts an in-depth analysis of trade scale and structure,policy environment,logistics systems,and market demand,summarizing the opportunities and challenges currently faced.The findings show that although the trade volume remains relatively modest,the growth potential is considerable.However,significant constraints still exist in areas such as cold chain logistics,mutual recognition of technical standards,regional brand promotion,and industrial coordination.If improvements can be made in cross-border infrastructure,trade model innovation,and policy coordination,fruit and vegetable trade may become a new highlight in bilateral economic cooperation.Based on this,the paper puts forward policy recommendations including enhancing cold chain transportation capacity,strengthening mutual recognition of inspection and quarantine standards,deepening industrial synergy and technological cooperation,and improving marketing and brand development,thereby providing valuable reference for further expanding China–Belarus fruit and vegetable trade.
