摘　　要：本文聚焦大疆创新科技有限公司(以下简称大疆公司)在低空经济领域的发展及其对物流行业的影响,运用波特五力模型与SWOT分析方法,揭示了大疆公司在技术创新、品牌影响力及市场拓展方面的优势,同时也指出其在内部管理和国际政治风险方面面临的挑战。研究发现,无人机技术在提升物流效率和降低运营成本方面颇具潜力,但也面临法规约束和公众接受程度等方面的问题。随着低空经济的持续蓬勃发展,预计无人机物流将成为行业变革的重要推动力,助力物流行业向数字化和智能化转型,仅供参考。This paper focuses on DJI Innovation Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as DJI)in the lowaltitude economy field and its impact on the logistics industry.Using Porter’s Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis,it reveals DJI's advantages in technological innovation,brand infl uence,and market expansion,while also pointing out its challenges in internal management and international political risks.The study finds that drone technology has substantial potential in improving logistics efficiency and reducing operational costs,but it also faces issues such as regulatory restrictions and public acceptance.With the continuous robust development of the low-altitude economy,it is expected that drone logistics will become an important driving force for industry reform and promote the transformation of the logistics industry toward digitalization and intelligence.
