摘 要:随着信息技术的全面发展,电子商务迅速崛起,为人们的生活带来了极大便利,但同时也使消费者个人信息安全问题面临严峻挑战。为了应对日趋严峻的个人信息泄露与非法交易等威胁,本文深入分析了电子商务领域中消费者个人信息所具有的数据化、价值密度高及传输隐蔽性等特征,研究了大数据精准画像导致的隐私边界模糊化、人工智能自动决策引发的歧视风险及区块链技术应用中的“被遗忘权”困境等新型安全威胁,探索了数据最小化与匿名化技术、同态加密、去中心化身份认证系统、联邦学习及差分隐私等前沿技术在电商平台个人信息保护方面的应用前景。研究表明,构建完善的电子商务个人信息保护生态系统需要政府实施智能化与精准化监管、电商平台强化主体责任意识、加强消费者数字素养教育及发挥第三方机构的独立监督作用等多方协同,在充分释放数据价值的同时,切实维护消费者个人信息安全,进而推动电子商务行业的健康、可持续发展。With the comprehensive development of information technology,the e-commerce industry is booming,bringing great convenience to people's lives.However,it also poses severe challenges to the security of consumers'personal information.In response to the increasingly severe threats of personal information leakage and illegal transactions,this article deeply analyzes the characteristics of consumer personal information in the field of e-commerce,including datafication,high value density,and transmission concealment.It studies new security threats such as the blurring of privacy boundaries caused by big data’s precise profiling,the discrimination risks arising from artificial intelligence's automated decision-making,and the“right to be forgotten”dilemma in the application of blockchain technology.Furthermore,it explores the application prospects of cutting-edge technologies such as data minimization and anonymization,homomorphic encryption,decentralized identity authentication systems,federated learning,and differential privacy in protecting personal information on e-commerce platforms.The research shows that building a complete personal information protection ecosystem in e-commerce requires collaboration between multiple parties,including the government implementing intelligent and precise regulation,e-commerce platforms strengthening their main responsibility awareness,enhancing consumer digital literacy education,and leveraging the independent supervisory role of third-party organizations,thereby effectively maintaining the security of consumers'personal information while fully unleashing the value of data and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the e-commerce industry.
