摘　　要：区块链技术凭借去中心化、不可篡改、可追溯等特性,能够有效保障跨境电商社会网络中的多元信息协同。本文聚焦异构区块链网络视域下的跨境电商多元信息协同模式研究,以跨境电商平台产品信息、物流信息、支付信息、海关监管和清关信息,以及跨境电商各利益群体交流信息为五大交易主体,构建五种不同的区块链架构,并利用区块链的跨链技术,将这五种架构整合成跨境电商多元信息协同的异构区块链网络。在此基础上,深入剖析该异构区块链网络在信息协同层面对跨境电商发展的优势与瓶颈。本文所提出的跨境电商多元信息协同模式,不仅丰富了区块链技术的应用场景,还有助于推动跨境电商多方协作与良性生态的构建。The decentralized,immutable,and traceable characteristics of blockchain technology can effectively ensure multi-information collaboration in cross-border e-commerce social networks.This paper focuses on the research of multi-information collaboration models in cross-border e-commerce from the perspective of heterogeneous blockchain networks.It identifies five major transaction entities:product information,logistics information,payment information,customs supervision and clearance information,and communication information among various stakeholders in cross-border e-commerce.Based on these,five different blockchain architectures are constructed.Then,using blockchain’s crosschain technology,these five architectures are integrated into a heterogeneous blockchain network for multi-information collaboration in cross-border e-commerce.On this basis,the advantages and bottlenecks of this heterogeneous blockchain network in terms of information collaboration for the development of cross-border e-commerce are analyzed.The multi-information collaboration model for cross-border e-commerce proposed in this paper enriches the application scenarios of blockchain technology and contributes to promoting multi-party collaboration and the construction of a healthy ecosystem in cross-border e-commerce.
