摘 要:文章针对安防监控领域对日夜两用光学系统需求,提出了一套大光圈微型监控镜头光学系统设计方案,探究了该方案中的器件制造工艺及技术的应用,并对该系统进行了性能测试与分析。测试结果表明,文章系统在可见光与近红外波段均获得优异成像质量,系统具备良好的环境适应性,且日夜转换30 d连续工作状态下成像质量保持稳定。文章旨在为微型光学系统设计与器件制造提供可靠参考。Aiming at the demand for day and night dual-use optical system in the fi eld of security monitoring,this paper puts forward a set of optical system design scheme of large aperture miniature monitoring lens,explores the application of device manufacturing process and technology in the scheme,and tests and analyzes the performance of the system.The test results show that the system achieves excellent imaging quality in the visible and near-infrared wave bands,the system has good environmental adaptability,and the imaging quality remains stable under the continuous working condition of day and night conversion for 30 days.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reliable reference for miniature optical system design and device manufacturing.
