摘　　要：文章以山东省乡村医生+智医助理人机诊疗模式为研究对象,融合协同治理理论,着眼于各治理主体间的良性网络合作关系,挖掘该模式实际应用面临的诸多困境,如医学专业性、数据库建设、数据安全、模式适配度、模式接受度和模式配套政策等困境,并从政策优化、协作优化、技术优化、赋能优化和整合优化五个方面提出切实可行的对策建议。This paper takes the human-machine diagnosis and treatment model of“rural doctor+intelligent medical assistant”in Shandong Province as the research object,integrates the theory of collaborative governance into the study,focuses on the healthy network cooperative relationship among various governance subjects,finds out many difficulties in the practical application of this model,such as medical professionalism,database construction,data security,model adaptability,model acceptance,and model supporting policies,etc.,and puts forward practical suggestions of optimization from the aspects of policy,collaboration,technology,empowerment and integration.
