医防融合下乡镇卫生院高效发展的实例分析

摘　　要：创新医防融合机制是完善医疗卫生服务体系,也是推进健康中国建设的重要抓手。无棣县小泊头镇卫生院针对工作中存在的问题,通过开展医防融合整合型服务、培养医防复合型人才、全面筛查慢性病患者、实行科学分级管理的医防融合管理新模式,由全科医生团队统筹医疗与公共卫生服务,实现门诊诊疗需求与基本公共卫生服务协同推进,形成了预防为主、治疗为辅的社会卫生防护屏障,提高了医疗资源利用率,提升了群众就医体验感与幸福感。Innovative medical and preventive integration mechanism is an important lever for improving the health service system and therefore promoting the construction of a healthy China.Xiaobotou Township Health Center in Wudi County has adopted a new model of medical and preventive integrated management which provides medical and preventive integrated services,cultivates talents proficient in both medical and preventive services,conducts comprehensive screening for chronic disease patients,as well as implements a scientifically tiered management approach for medical and preventive integration.Under this new model,a general practitioner team takes charge of both medical care and public health services ensuring that outpatient diagnostic and health service needs are met simultaneously and promote mutual development.A social health protection barrier has been formed with prevention as the priority and treatment as a supportive measure.This has led to an increase in the utilization rate of medical resources and an improvement in the medical experience and sense of well-being among the public.
