摘　　要：以霍邱县淮河行蓄洪区新建王截流、陈郢保庄圩居民迁入安置工程项目为实际案例,探讨了框架结构在现代建筑工程中的应用及其显著优势。结合框架结构的抗震性能和施工优势,从建筑布局、结构设计、构造细节等方面论述了建筑设计与施工要点。结构表明,通过灵活的施工方案、严格的质量控制和预制构件技术的应用,确保了工程的高效推进和最佳质量。The application of frame structure in modern construction and its significant advantages are discussed by taking the new Wangjieliu and Chenying Baozhuangwei residential relocation projects in Huaihe flood storage area of Huoqiu County as practical cases.Based on the seismic performance and construction advantages of frame structure,the key points of building design and construction are discussed from the aspects of building layout,structural design and structural details.The structure shows that the flexible construction scheme,strict quality control and the application of prefabricated component technology ensure the efficient progress of the project and the final quality.
