摘  要:针对印尼三宝垄沿海深厚淤泥地质中预制管桩承载力分布不明的问题,通过高应变试验(Pile Driving Analyzer,PDA),结合CAPWAPC程序拟合方法,对3根试桩(EJ29-7-3、EJ31-1-3、EJ33-1-3)的动力响应与承载力分布进行系统评估。结果表明,预制管桩侧摩阻力随深度的增加而增大,3根试桩总承载力达3201~3500 kN,远超设计值2000 kN,桩身完整性均为100%,且桩侧摩擦力贡献率均超70%。研究证实预制管桩在淤泥地质中应用效果优良,结合PDA动态检测技术可兼顾施工效率与经济性,为东南亚类似工程提供参考。The bearing capacity distribution of prefabricated pipe piles in deep silt geology along the Semarang coast of Indonesia is unknown,this study employed high strain tests(Pile Driving Analyzer,PDA)combined with the CAPWAPC program fitting method to systematically evaluate the dynamic response and load-bearing capacity distribution of three test piles(EJ29-7-3,EJ31-1-3,EJ33-1-3).The results revealed that the side friction resistance of precast pipe piles accumulates with depth.The total bearing capacity of the three test piles reached 3201~3500 kN,significantly exceeding the designed value of 2000 kN.The pile body integrity was 100%for all piles,and the contribution rate of side friction resistance to the bearing capacity exceeded 70%.The research confirmed that precast pipe piles perform excellently in silty soil.Combined with PDA dynamic testing technology,they can balance construction efficiency and economic benefits,providing a reference for similar projects in Southeast Asia.
