摘　　要：对病险水库运营过程中存在的问题进行分析,对水库除险加固勘察工作要点进行了梳理,并就如何提升水库除险加固勘察质量的具体措施进行了探讨。研究表明,加强技术管理、过程控制、科技创新3个维度,可以确保治理方案与地质条件的精准匹配,形成覆盖全生命周期的水库安全技术保障体系。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation of the dangerous reservoir,sorts out the key points of the investigation and discusses the concrete measures to improve the investigation quality of the dangerous reservoir.The research shows that strengthening the three dimensions of technical management,process control,and scientific and technological innovation can ensure the accurate matching of governance plans and geological conditions,and form a reservoir safety technical guarantee system covering the whole life cycle.
