摘  要:为探究基于临时支架的钢混组合梁吊装施工关键技术,首先,在分析苏台高速公路钢混组合梁基本情况的基础上,确定了钢混梁的总体施工流程以及施工要点;其次,结合钢混组合梁以及桥下公路情况,对钢混组合梁吊装施工用的临时支架进行了设计,并对支架施工中的主要内容进行了研究;最后,详细论述了钢梁的制作、吊装、连接以及质量控制内容。通过掌握这些关键技术,可以更好地应对施工中的各种挑战,提高施工效率和质量,为桥梁工程的建设和发展做出更大的贡献。In order to explore the key technology of steel-concrete composite beam hoisting construction based on temporary support,the overall construction process and construction key points of steel-concrete composite beam were formulated on the basis of the basic analysis of the steel-concrete composite beam in Sutai Expressway.Secondly,the temporary support for steel-concrete composite beam hoisting construction was designed in combination with the situation of steel-concrete composite beam and the road under the bridge.The main contents in the construction of the support are studied,and the contents of making,hoisting,connecting and quality control of the steel beam are discussed in detail.By mastering these key technologies,we can better cope with various challenges in construction,improve construction efficiency and quality,and make greater contributions to the construction and development of bridge engineering.
