摘 要:针对山区公路桥梁承载力有限且宽度狭窄的问题,提出了一种旋转顶升工艺,以解决公路改扩建工程中桥梁横坡的难题。论文通过对拼宽结构受力进行计算,分析了桥梁体外预应力,处理了T梁拼宽处的横向大间距接缝。结果表明,拼宽后的桥梁承载能力显著提高,其分布更为均衡。同时,桩基础的沉降量保持在较小范围内,新旧桥梁的结合部位稳定可靠,整体施工质量满足要求。该方法能够提高桥梁的承载能力和耐久性,实现了桥梁拼宽的安全性与稳定性。Aiming at the problems of limited bearing capacity and narrow width of highway bridges in mountainous areas,a rotary jacking process was proposed to solve the problem of bridge transverse slope in highway reconstruction and expansion projects.This paper analyzes the external prestress of the bridge by calculating the force of the split-width structure,and deals with the transverse large-space joints at the split-width of the T-beam.The results show that the bearing capacity of the bridge after splicing width is significantly improved and its distribution is more balanced.At the same time,the settlement of pile foundation is kept in a small range,the combination of old and new bridges is stable and reliable,and the overall construction quality meets the requirements.This method can improve the bearing capacity and durability of the bridge,and realize the safety and stability of the bridge width.
